The Wilton icing colors are concentrated food coloring gels, available in a complete range with beautiful bright colors. Use the coloring the color icing, fondant, marzipan, buttercream, batter, cream, cookie dough and more. The colorings can also be mixed to create a different color (color 2 pieces of marzipan/fondant separately and mix them together).
How to use: get some color out of the package using a cocktail stick. Always use a clean toothpick if you want to add more color to your marzipan or fondant. For a darker or deeper color add more icing color. Knead it will to get the best results, if you want a marbled color, knead less. Make sure that the color keeps in het middle to avoid color on your hands. Immediately wash your hands with soap and warm water to remove the color from your hands. Maximum recommended usage is 1.47 gr per 100 gr of icing.
